morning. this board is for fish and ski boats, the ones that are trying to do two jobs at once. a Tracker Targa or Pro Guide, a Lund Crossover XS or Sport Angler, Crestliner Fish Hawk and Sportfish, Ranger Reata, Starcraft, the Bayliner Trophy crowd. aluminum or glass, roughly 17 to 21 feet, a Merc or a Yamaha hanging off the back, rod lockers in the floor and a ski pylon you swear you'll use more.

if you own a pure bass boat or a wake boat you're welcome to read, you'll just find we argue about different things.

three boards. On the water covers lake days: tubing, skiing, loading up, ramps, what's biting. Motors, trailers and electronics takes anything with a part number on it. Buying and auctions is the place to post the price you paid, the hours, and the surprises after the boat got home.

rules, and there aren't many. first post gets the hull, the model year and the motor, plus the lake, since half the answers change between Lanier and Lake Erie. don't sell boats inside threads. if a marina or a dealership signs your paycheck, mention it. posts i move get a little pointer left behind.

signups go through email until i win the war with the spam bots, which found us before the first coffee. send me your boat and your home ramp. dana

in from Paris, Tennessee, Kentucky Lake side. 2014 Lund 1775 Pro-V with a 90 Yamaha, which i guess is a fish and ski if my grandkids are in it and a crappie boat the rest of the week. does the Pro-V count or is that too much fish and not enough ski? asking before i get moved.

if a grandkid has ever been dragged behind it on anything inflatable, it counts. welcome.

for everybody: the about page has the rank names and who to bug about an account. forty some people signed up in two days, not bad for a forum about boats nobody can agree on a name for.
